Simplicity Tastes Better

So I haphazardly threw all of this together, and it wound up being one of my newest fav go to meals!
Quick & easy, Whole 30 approved!

    1 grilled chicken breast
    1 tsp homemade mayo
    1 tbs organic sundried tomatoes
1 tsp slivered almonds
1 scallion, diced
salt & pepper to taste
    1. Rough chop chicken and place in small bowl
    2. Add next three ingredients and mix well. Add more mayo if chicken is dry.

3. Stir until blended and smooth. 
4. Top with scallions, salt & pepper
Serves 1
